I loan to the my friend 2250.00 dollar one year ago but she did"t give me back so what shud i do? please help me

This sounds like a problem of documentation. If you have any physical evidence showing that you gave your friend $2,250, i.e. check with notation, emails, paper, bank deposits, then you may want to consider going to small claims court to pursue the balance on your own.
