Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I have a loan with 5th 3rd Bank, i currently stopped payment on the account. It is a motorhome loan. I never signed any documents for this loan. This loan was done at a dealership. Also there is no motorhome, there never was. Can i get out of paying this loan?

From your question, I cannot tell if you were the victim of identity theft, or if you were somehow involved in this situation. If it was identity theft, you should contact the lender and your local police and/or State's attorney. If you were involved in some sort of loan fraud, you probably already know you have bigger problems than a delinquent loan.
