Make arragnments

I have been summoned by a cc company. Should I try to make payment arrangements now before the court day? Or should I go to court and make the arrangements there? I have talked to the laywers and they want their money in 3 payments. Please advise.

If you admit you owe the debt at court, they will get their judgment unless they agree to continue the case to see if you make payments.
