Money loan

If someone loans another person money which is now the loanee's money and the loaner come's back a day later and takes the money back without the loanee's consent is that considered stealing and can i sue them for taking something that was mine.

Possibly. Depends on how formal the loan was. If someone lent you $20 and then took a twenty out of your the next day, you probably should not waste your time.
