motion to vacate, dimiss with prejudice

the judgement has been paid. Can I file a motion to vacate a judgment with prejudice that is 4 years old?

I cannot imagine any reasonably plausible circumstance where this would be possible. If it has been paid, you just need a satisfaction filed.
