Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois
We are a NFP. While startup we had a President who withdrew $3150.00 for personal and did not pay any of the NFP dues. Dues of NFP were only for $1500.00 but this president created his own NFP and never paid the money back. What can we do?

More detail would be required to give you an answer to your question, but if he took money to which he was not entitled, you may be able to sue him. You should contact an attorney to discuss this matter in more detail.

I have no idea what NFP dues are. If you mean the annual franchose tax fees, then pay the fees and reinstate the corporation. If he embexxled funds, go to the policew or the States Attorney.
