Re: Paid debt still shows unpaid on credit report

It seems that you are doing what is necessary to get these items removed from your credit report. It is unfortunate that they are not complying.

A company cannot claim that you owe them a debt or report it to the credit agencies that you do, if in fact you do not owe the money.

You might want to consider having an attorney write a letter on your behalf regarding these paid debts. Sometimes a letter from an attorney carries a little more force with it.

If you do not have an attorney, then please call my office at (847) 223-4410 to discuss your situation.

Very truly yours,

I agree with the prior answer - unfortunately, you are doing all you can really do. An attorney's letter should help. You may wish to try to have the creditors contact the credit agency directly.
