Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

havent got paid

i worked for a small company for about a year and a half but they recently closed the area i worked at but i still worked for them after that for about two weeks and havent got paid but its been about for week and i tried to contact them about my pay but they reject my call its not just me none of the employees and managers have gotten paid and i really need the money..... is there any thing i or we can do to get them to pay us ?

You could sue your employer in small claims court.
