Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I am not able to pay my credit card bills. I do not have a job as for their is no income to atach. Can they atach my wife's tax return,if we file joint? What about filling seprate, since I will have no return?

No, they cannot attach the tax return.
