Payday Loan Company wage Assignment

I signed a wage assignment with a online payday Company. They have been harrassing sent my Payroll a digital copy of Wage Asignement I sined . I did want to payback fees very high didnt know at time so far paid back $ 334.74 on a laon with fees of $621.00. The origal Loan $400.00. The Loan Payback is killing me can I stop Wage Assignment or will I be sued?

Stop the wage assignment. You will probably be sued, however it will be a while before they get to this. You may have defenses based on the paperwork.
