Payday loan

I was just wondering what happens if a person doesn't pay back a payday loan. Can the company sue you for the loan? Can they garnish your wages?

First, they probably had you file a wage assignment to take the funds from your paycheck if you are working. Next, they can drop any personal check that they may be holding.
