I am the president of a small condo association consisting of 6 units. One of the unit owners has not paid association dues for 7 months. She ows $860.00. How can the association collect this money?

The condo assn can file a lien or sue the unit owner. The declaration should state the rights of the assn. You will need an attorney to proceed against the unit owner.
