Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

How should I proceed if a ticket agent would not return my money after she didn't give the tickets I bought from her? I'm from Illinois and she"s from California. Do I need a Lawyer?

You may need lawyer in California. An examination of where the contract between you and the broker was entered into. An Illinois court may not have jurisdiction over your dispute.
