Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I recently had a judgment domesticated in the my current city. I want to pay it to prevent any further collections. On the court documents it says I owe $3544, plus $149 in court cost, is this what I pay and can I just pay the courts?

It would appear you owe the total. Call the lawyer for the creditor and ask them.
