Easy to get a judgment, always hard to get money.

Record judgment with your county recorder of deeds. File a citation to discover assets, find out what the debtor owns and what the income is.

Execute against the debtors property.

Garnish the debtors wages.

Be advised that it is hard to get money out of honest people, even more difficult for dishonest people.
