Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Rent to Own gone bad.

I recently rented my mobile home out on a rent to own bases. The people I rented to have been late with every payment and now are behind. They have no phone for me to reach them. If I take them to court and they dont pay what happens next. I meet with an lawyer tomorrow. I was just wondering if I had anyother options. Thanks

I am certain your attorney will adequately explain the options available to you, which would include forcible entry and detainer and judgment against your tenants.
