If I repaired a computer for someone.

How much time needs to pass without payment for me to sell the unit and recoup

my 150.00 dollars in lost time and parts?

I live in mchenry county Illinois

Is the law different in the county? You can not sell the unit unless you give written notice to the owner and then publish a notice
