i was served with a court summons for a car that was repossessed earlier this year. what do i do now, or what will happen now? im a sole provider for a family of five and can't risk losing a lg sum from my paycheck. thanks

Just because it was repossessed does not mean you were off the hook. If you owe $, then they are entitled to a judgment. If they get a judgment they can garnish your wages. You might consider a bankruptcy.
