Which state laws apply when being sued for collections when moving from Illnois to pennsylvania

Unless the contract specifies what state's law will apply then the state where the contract was entered into should apply. I offer free consultations.

Depends on the type of debt to which you are referring, where the contract was executed, the terms of the contract, where you are located at the time suit is filed, and probably some other things I cannot recall first thing on Monday mornings.
