being sued by a friend

I am being sue by friend that gave me access and permission to his account, he even gave me his pin number to his debit card. I have already answered the complaint, but I want to know what are my chances to win. I have no money and no attorney and he is suing me fir 40,000.00.

I just want to verify I understand you situation. Your "friend" gave you access to his account information. You took his money. Now he wants it back and he is suing you. If this is correct, then I would say there is no possible way you can "win," unless he said, "here, please, take all my money as a gift." In addition, you probably lost the friendship of someone who trusted you.
