summons by credit card company
I was just summons on 4/27 by credit card company for not paying bill back in Feb. but has since made payments in march and april and card not cancled by credit company yet still being sued not sure what to bo must be in court on 5/8

You need to appear in court at the date and time specified. If you fail to appear, a judgment by default will be entered against you. Be aware that the individual who will discuss your case with you works for the credit card company--not you, and not the court. If you come to some sort of payment arrangement or other agreement, get it in writing and get it signed by the judge.
