Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Time Share Joint Venture Agreement

I paid $5000 toward $10000 time share upgrade and my now estranged friend was to pay $5000 back on May 8, 2006. I need to know how to cash in on my portion of the time share trips or can I legally request my money back? He told me a while back that I can take trips until 2011, but missed out on the cruises. Isn't he entitled to give me all of the pertinent information to plan my trips? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Re: Time Share Joint Venture Agreement

Of course you can legally request your money back. Whether or not you can get your money back would depend on the specific facts of your case, whether there were any written agreements, etc.
