Time Share Joint Venture

On ay 8, 2006 I $5000, which was half to a now estranged friend for an upgrade to his time share. I now need to prepare to use the land portion of the time share. I have until 2011, but he allowed me to miss the cruise portion. How do I comunicate to him to use my share? Thanks.

I have no idea how you can communicate with him. Call, email, letter, telegram? If you cannot locate him, perhaps you will need to hire a private investigator.
