Today, DuPage County ILLINOIS A CIVIL LAWSUIT SMALL CLAIMS WAS DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND NON-SUIT SINCE THE CREDITOR DID NOT HAVE ANY PROPER DOCUMENTATION THAT I OWED THIS DEBT, CAN I NOW CONTACT CREDIT BUREAUS AND TRY TO DISPUTE THIS DEBT THAT WAS FILED AGAINST ME WITH THE CREDIT BUREAUS BY SHOWING THE COURT ORDERS THAT I WAS NOT FOUND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEBT

Yes, you can contact the credit bureaus and inform them the case was dismissed. You need to be aware that the "without prejudice" part means they can still sue you in the future. For example, if the creditor can obtain the proper documentation, the creditor could sue you again. This does not mean you the court found you are not responsible for the debt, the court found the creditor could not prove its case. Subtle but important difference.
