Truck Title

The credit union that my truck was finaced with signed the title and sent it to me saying it was a clear title that no loan was on this truck. All I did was refinanced the truck but now that they sent the title and signed off on it is it mine? If the loan was set up for an auto loan and they dont have the title anymore am I still responsible for paying this loan?

Yes, you no doubt signed a promissory note obligating you to make payments.
