how can I unfreeze my bank account froze by a creditors attorney, if that is the only money I have to pay mortgage food and utilities?

You can either file bankruptcy to get it removed, or you can go to the court house and get an emergency motion to lift order to freeze assets if you have a valid defense, such as being judgment proof.
