I hope you are asking the wrong question. What you ask makes no legal sense. Just taking a wild guess, a case was dismissing for want of prosecution. that could happen simply because a plaintiff/petitioner missed a calendar call date. If a motion is filed within 30 days of the dismissal date, in some counties, the dismissal is vacated, this vacate the dismissal for want of prosecution. Some judges in other counties are no so quick to enter such an order. that make be a better translation of what you are asking.
