Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I am a victim of identity theft and I filed a police report against the person. When I called sallie Mae, they said I took too long to deny and I would have file a judgement in order for them to remove from my credit. Who do I file a judgment agianst, sallie Mae or the person?

What you have said does not fit any legal concept. You do not file a judgment. What did the person do? What credit did they obtain?
