Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

wage garnishment

I was hit with a wage garnishment last Aug. 2006 I went to the courthouse and got a copy of the summons which I never received the signatures were a forgery because I never signed nor did the peron who they said they gave it to she was at work at that particular time. Anyway I got nowhere with B? nor the judge and since they would not settle with me they have put me in a bad situation, I almost find myself falling behind on other bills. Can I sue the collection agency and the court for making it seem like a joke? If not what can I do to have the garnishment release? All was done prior to my knowledge.
