Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I will be 30 days past due on my chase car payment on June first. They said that they will give me 24 hours to come up with my payment before they reposes my vehicle. Do they have to give me a notice or can they just come and pick up my car?

Look at your contract. It probably is legal for them to repo.
