Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I'm 18 and was arrested in piatt county illinois for less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and two counts of parephanlia. What am i looking at getting from court if this is my first offense of any sort?

You may very well be able to negotiate a plea bargain which may avoid you taking convictions on your record, especially if you hire a competent attorney in the area where the charges are pending. If you wind up taking convictions, or even one conviction, I believe that you will suffer very negative consequences in the future. Please at least consult with a criminal defense attorney in your area.
