Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Im 17 and my boyfriend is 19. My parents dont approve because he is black. I have got into many fights with them and they want me to move out. If I move in with my bofriend until I can find some where else to live can my parents call the police on him and get him in trouble?

Yes, your parents amoung others could cause you and this boy a great deal of trouble. Please try to behave as an adult and step beck from this situation. Think things through, Mistakes that you make at this point in your life might have terrible negative consequences for you and others that will last many many years, perhaps even he rest of your life. I strongly advise you to sit down and have a calm discussion with your parents. i'll bet that they do not really want you to move out, they ar esimply trying to protect you as much as they can since you aere still their child even though you are now 17. Let them help you.
