Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

ok so I am 16 and I was driving home from school one day and my car touch didn't hit but touched a pedestrian I ask her if she was ok she said she was fine and she waved me off I later found out she called the police and they gave me a ticket for not giving info or rendering aid there were no injuries or property damage I got a court date can I get my license suspended or will they give me court supervision?

Can't tell. Get an attorney. The problem here is that you left the scene before police arrived. It's a catch-22 but people are funny (or not depending on how you look at it): they will say they're ok and then later say they weren't. Especially at 16 being a new driver, you should get proper legal assistance.
