Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
19 months ago I was arrested for on one count of fraud. I was in jail for 17 hours. I was released and have not heard anything since. I would like to know can I get this charge expunge or sealed and if so what do I need to do?

You need to "seal" your arrest. You will most likely need the guidance of an attorney.
