Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

About 2, or 2 1/2 months ago i was served with an order of protection by a girl who accused me of sending her threatning text messages, and sexually graphic messages on her facebook. I obeyed the order for 2 weeks stayed away from her residence, place of work, and schools. I have now recieved word she is recieving counseiling as she is under so called "psychological, & emotional distress" and I am going to have to pay for it. Well I was told by a friend whose daughter went to prom that this girl went to prom and on her senior trip, so in my opinion she could not have been under too much psychological or emotional distress and i should not have to pay for any doctor bills I just need some legal advice on where this is heading as also I was told they were taking a lawsuit out on me this girl's parents and legally they are not her parents she was adopted and she is 18.
