Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My 14 year old daughter received pornographic photos of her 16 year old boyfriend thru her email. This 16 year old boyfriend had photographed himself and sent them thru the internet several times over the past month. The relationship was immediately ended as soon as I found the photos. As a parent, is there any LEGAL recourse I have against this 16 year old piece of garbage?

Report it to the local police and then let it go. The more you do, the more potential for contact and what you really want is for this kid to go away.
