my 15year old doughter got cought sneeking out with an 18 year old and is now pregnant he has been told and my wife has texted him and he still won't come to talk to myself or wife what can we do to this boy

In Illinois, he can be charged with Criminal Sexual Assault because of the age difference. Additionally, there will be custody and child support matters to deal with once the baby is born. You can call the police and file charges against the father but I would recommend trying to resolve the matter without involving the police or outside authorities.
