Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I am a 33 year old single mom charged with a Class X felony. I was told that it was non expugnable and cant be sealed. It has been 11 years since convicted and I only got probation in Illinois. This was my only arrest and conviction. What are my options as of today. In desperate need of help!

If you were not given TASC probation, it is likely your only option would be to petition the governor for a pardon.
