Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
my 18 year old son has been charge with criminal sexual assault with a family member, so what are the actuall charges that can be placed upon him. This case is also just being brought up when this alledgedly happend over a year ago.

The actual charges are going to be based on the evidence the State has against your son and the discretion of the prosecutor.
