Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
im 16 years old and applied for a job they sent me a packet offering me the job in the packet is a form that say illinois state police conviction request non-fingerprint i have been arrested in the past and am wondering scince i am a juvenille will they be able to see my criminal record?

It is possible; you may want to make sure your record is expunged first. If it is expunged it should be as though it did not exist. That can take some time. The only alternate is to tell them what happened; being arrested is one thing, being convicted is another, and you could explain what happened. But it could affect the job offer in another way if you did not answer honestly on any job application about any arrests; falsifying a job application is a pretty sure way of not getting hired or even being fired for no other reason.
