If some one accuse you of a crime and the police want you to come in for question should you have a lawyer with you

Absolutely. You should talk to a lawyer before talking to the police! What you say to the police WILL be used against you. Your lawyer will probably not let you talk to the police at all -- not even with the lawyer at your side.
