I cannot specifically address why your lawyer did not have the evidence you want to review. But, feel free to call if you would like to discuss.

I cannot speak for what your lawyer is or is not doing. But most stores have video and their own store reports apart from the police reports. A simple subpoena should be able to retrrieve this. Contact my office if you wish to discuss this further.

I am shocked that Michael Rosenblat replied that you should call him, knowing that you have another attorney.

I believe that it is unethical to communicate directly with a person known to be represented by an attorney about the subject matter of that representation, without that attorney's consent. I think that you should discuss your case with your attorney.
