Aggravated Battery
In an aggravated battery case can the injury sustained include mental duress or psychological disability? Does bodily harm mean only physically or could that be psychological too?

It's physical injury, not mental or emotional injury.

Hello. In answer to your question, intentional infliction of emotional distress is a basis for a lawsuit. In
criminal proceedings this issue may be discussed, but generally is more of a topic for civil lawsuits. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
