Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

alright i had trded some things for a car and had a best friends sister that wanted it so we had a verbal agreement on payments and any work that it needed and the title went into his wifes name so i could b but on there insurance and after almost a year had only received a couple payments and asked for a payment or car back and got to they sold it and they said they didnt owe me any money because there was sumthin wrong with the car which there aint and asked them for the car back or the money that was agreed apon and told them i would b fine taking car back and they told me no was wondering if there was anything i could do to just get car back thanx

If title was in her name and you had no agreement in writing with them, and all the other "evidence" is just one person's word against the others', the likelihood of your being able to get anything out of this is from nothing to next to nothing.
