Appealing the
I am writing this for my son who is an inmate at the Western Springs Correctional Center. He is appealing his post conviction and is waiting to hear back. If the appeal is denied, he would like to know what his next step is.

Yuo have not provided me with enough information to give you an answer. There are many ways that apost conviction rememdy can go. It depends on what happened before to determine where the motions should be filed.
