Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
An arrest was made in Chicago. The charge was 720-570/402(C)(1). I understand it is for possession, what I need to know is for what and how much? Can somebody help me with this? It's very important to me. Thank you!

I don't think you have the right statute. There is no 720-570/402(c)(1). In general, statute 720-570/402 deals with possession of controlled substances. Give me a call if you want a free consultation and I might be able to sort it out for you. 312-502-7877
