Do I have a right to ask the police for a copy of my sons arrest report

You can ask, but ther eis no legal reason why they would have to give it to you unless you were also your son's attorney and then you would obtain a copy fromthe state's attorney, but hten again, if you were an attorney you would already know that. If your son has a legal problem he needs an attorney.

No. Those are only given to attorneys in court. Ask your son's attorney for a copy.
