Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Arrest warrant
I was arrested with a warrant containing false information. It had my daughters information, not mine. She has my name. It also showed a picture of her. Doesn't an arresting warrant have to be letter perfect. Can this be thrown out of court on a technicality?
It was for the sale of drugs. I was set up. The crime never happened. But a kid who was arrested for running guns and drugs set me up!

Re: Arrest warrant
If you were arrested on a warrant containing false information, you may have grounds to file a motion for a Franks hearing. Call or email me if you want to discuss or would like a more detailed explaination.
