Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was arrested for consumption/possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest in Cook County. I was put 6 months probation to complete a hundred hours of community service. I was only charged with the resisting. A day later i was arrested in dupage county for the same thing except i did not resist though i was charged with it. What do I do?

Cook County may file a petition to violate your probation. Every arrest and charge becomes more serious, I suggest you speak with an attorney who can represent you in both counties if necessary.
