arrested for fentanoyl
can you be arrested for having fentanoyl in your car without a prescription and can they seize your car

You may be arrested for possessing a prescription drug without a prescription as this is illegal possession of a controlled substance. When a vehicle is used in the commission of a crime, it is subject to seizure.

If this is a controlled substance that is sold by prescription only, and you did not have one,you can be charged with a felony. Yes, your car can be seized. Please call for further discussion.
